Aarti Sagar ("we", "our", or "us") values your trust. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application Aarti Sagar (the “App”).

We do not collect any personal information from users.
You can use all features of the app, including submitting Aarti requests, without providing your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

Our app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication only to create a non-identifiable user session.
This session does not contain your real identity and cannot be used to identify you.

2. Non-Personal Information 

We automatically collect certain usage information, such as device type, app performance data, and crash reports, through Firebase Crashlytics. We may also collect anonymous usage data to improve the app’s performance and user experience.

Advertising & Analytics 

We use Google AdMob to display ads within the app. AdMob may collect certain information (such as device identifiers) to provide personalized or non-personalized ads. 

We use Firebase Crashlytics for error reporting and analytics to help improve app stability.

Subscriptions & Payments

Our app offers subscriptions and in-app purchases using Google Play’s in-app billing system. We do not process or store your payment details directly. All payments are securely handled by Google Play. 

Data Sharing 

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except: 
 
  • With service providers like Google AdMob and Firebase for ads and analytics 
  •  If required by law or legal process 

Data Retention 

Optional personal information (like requests for custom Aarti additions) is kept only as long as needed to fulfill your request. Non-personal analytics data is retained as per Google and Firebase policies. 

Your Choices 

You can control ad personalization through your device settings: 
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization 
You may also uninstall the app at any time to stop data collection. 

Children’s Privacy 

Our app is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 

Changes to This Policy 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be available here with a new “Last Updated” date.
